WHAT IT IS A series of seven grounding practices that use visualization and body awareness to encourage thoughtful reflection. Each is offered as a guided audio recording, with the option of an accompanying transcript.

WHO IT’S FOR Anyone looking to slow down, to be present, to feel grounded. The practices can be done by yourself or as a shared experience with others. Each is meant to be undertaken in the way that best suits your needs.

HOW IT WORKS On each practice page you will find a sound recording that can be streamed or downloaded. A transcript of each practice can be found below the audio block and a PDF version can be downloaded via the TRANSCRIPT button.

WHAT TO EXPECT Sound recordings include spoken text and ambient music. Headphones are recommended but not required. Some practices do invite movement — how much or little is always up to you. Wear what you are comfortable in. Most recordings sit between 5-10 minutes in length — the length of each practice will depend on how long you wish to stay with something.

WHEN AND WHERE TO DO IT One practice a day for seven days or go at your own pace. Repeat or return to what resonates. Each practice begins with a suggestion in regards to where and how. Do what you need to make your environment inviting or go with what is. Most practices can happen inside or outside depending on your comfort level — choose what works best for you.

ON TAKING CARE This work invites memory, reflection, and a relationship to one’s body which may evoke different feelings for different individuals — enter softly and do what you need.
